Own your craft. Namma team ge banni.

Elytri is a UX-first, AI-powered digital agency in Bengaluru. We hire people who care about the person on the other side of the screen, and who finish what they start.

Yaaru beku?

Four things we look for in every role, before tools and titles.

Empathy

You make things for the viewer and the client, not for your portfolio.

Conviction

You have a point of view on your kelsa and can defend it. You also change it when someone shows you better.

Ownership

You know what to deliver and you deliver it, without being chased.

Curiosity with AI

You pick up new tools quickly and use them to make better work, not just faster work.
